Service Contract & Agreement
1. P A Y M E N T
Projects that have a complete and delivered estimate will have a payment structure agreed upon with Robert Hoppe (owner). Please contact us directly with any questions or concerns.
2. P H O T O G R A P H Y
You are releasing the rights to photos of the project to R. Hoppe Home Designs to be displayed on social media and advertising. We do not sell your photos to third parties or outside businesses for any other advertising. Should you wish to reject this agreement, please notify as soon as possible.
3. T R A N S P A R E N C Y
We as a family owned business are happy to provide true and honest transparency with our work. If you have any changes, questions, or concerns, we are always here to answer. We encourage any questions on material, labor, designs, or any others to be asked as early as possible. This helps avoid any big changes during the project and stopping any work orders that may cause time delays in the schedule. Any stop orders during a project may cause a big enough delay where R. Hoppe Home Designs may have to return at a later date between other projects on the schedule. We appreciate your mindfulness in this matter.
4. J O B C O M P L E T I O N
As mentioned on our Process page, at the time on completing your project, we leave the property as we found it and clean up all debris, left over material, etc. We wish to respect your property as if it were our own.

We ask that you also be sure that your payment schedule is up to date with the timeline(s) given to your project. As mentioned in Section 1, if you need different installments, this should be discussed prior to the start of the project. All payments are expected within the agreed upon due times in your contract.
